Hi, I’m Monique, and I’m passionate about helping people with disabilities achieve their goals, build independence, and access the right supports through the NDIS. With a caring and person-centred approach, I work closely with participants to ensure they feel empowered and confident in making decisions about their plan.
As a Support Coordinator, my role is to take the stress out of navigating the NDIS system. I help you connect with the right providers, understand your plan, and make sure your supports work for you. My focus is always on choice, control, and delivering outcomes that improve quality of life.
